MyCOURTpilot

MyCOURTpilot is a session-management tool for organizers of recreational pickleball games, operated by Hairless Puzzle LLC. References to “we,” “us,” or “MyCOURTpilot” in this policy refer to that operator.

We collect two kinds of information:
Organizer accounts. When you sign up as an organizer, we collect your email address, a password (stored as a hash, never in plain text), and a unique account identifier.
Player records.When you add a player to your roster as an organizer, you provide that player’s name, phone number, and optionally email, skill level, home court, and notes. We also store RSVP responses, waitlist entries, match scores, and session-attendance history that the organizer or the player generates through normal use of the app.
We do not collect payment information, location data, or any third-party tracking identifiers. We do not run advertising on the service.

Player and organizer data is stored in third-party services we use to run MyCOURTpilot. We share only what those providers need to do their job:
These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and process data only on our instructions. We do not share your data with any other third party, except as required by law.
Numbers that may receive SMS from us. If your organizer added you to their roster with your phone number, you may receive transactional SMS from MyCOURTpilot at that number.
Types of messages we send. RSVP invitations for upcoming sessions (with a per-player RSVP link), and confirmation messages when you are promoted off the waitlist into a confirmed spot. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Frequency.Variable. Tied to your organizer’s sessions. Typically a few messages per week during an active season.
How consent is obtained.Organizers collect phone numbers directly from players in person or by direct conversation, and add those numbers to their roster within the app. By providing your phone number to your organizer, you consent to receive transactional SMS from MyCOURTpilot related to that organizer’s sessions.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message from MyCOURTpilot to immediately opt out. We honor STOP replies automatically at the carrier level, and your number will be flagged in our system so no further messages are sent.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for support information, or contact us at support@mycourtpilot.com.
No sharing. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are used only to send service-related MyCOURTpilot messages. We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Carrier disclaimers. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We retain organizer accounts and player records for as long as the organizer maintains an active account. Outbound SMS audit logs are retained indefinitely as a record of consent and delivery for legal and operational purposes. You may request deletion of any of this data by contacting us at support@mycourtpilot.com.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and the right to opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@mycourtpilot.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
MyCOURTpilot is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised. Material changes will be communicated to organizers via email.
