1. What MyCOURTpilot is

MyCOURTpilot is a session-management tool for organizers of recreational pickleball games, operated by Hairless Puzzle LLC. Organizers use it to schedule sessions, manage rosters and waitlists, collect RSVPs, run tournaments, and notify their players by SMS.

2. Why you might receive a text from us

You receive SMS from MyCOURTpilot only because a pickleball organizer you know added you to their roster using a phone number you gave them. We send operational, service-related messages tied to that organizer’s sessions. We never send marketing or promotional messages, and we never text numbers that were not added by an organizer for session coordination.

3. How consent works

Organizers collect phone numbers directly from their players — in person or by direct conversation — before adding them to a roster. When an organizer adds a player’s number, the app requires the organizer to confirm the following:

“This player gave me permission to receive MyCOURTpilot texts about my sessions (RSVP invitations, waitlist and schedule updates). Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

Every message we send includes opt-out instructions, and replying STOP ends messaging immediately regardless of what any organizer does.

4. What we send, and how often

Message types are limited to:

  • Session invitations with your personal RSVP link
  • Waitlist promotion — you moved into a confirmed spot
  • Schedule or roster updates for sessions you’re part of
  • Opt-out and help confirmations (STOP / HELP / START)

Frequency varieswith your organizer’s activity — typically a few messages per week during an active season. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Waitlist promotion

MyCOURTpilot: A spot opened up for Tuesday Night Doubles on Sat, Jul 11 at 9:00 AM — you're in! Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Schedule or roster update

MyCOURTpilot: Schedule update from your organizer — Saturday’s session moved to 10:00 AM at Riverside Park. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

HELP response

MyCOURTpilot: For help, email support@mycourtpilot.com. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

STOP confirmation

MyCOURTpilot: You are opted out and will receive no further texts from MyCOURTpilot. Reply START to opt back in.

6. Opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. You will receive one final confirmation and nothing further. Reply START to opt back in at any time.

7. Your data

Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are used only to send service-related MyCOURTpilot messages. We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy (Section 5) for full detail on collection, retention, and your rights.
