SMS Messaging Terms

MyCOURTpilot is a session-management tool for organizers of recreational pickleball games, operated by Hairless Puzzle LLC. Organizers use it to schedule sessions, manage rosters and waitlists, collect RSVPs, run tournaments, and notify their players by SMS.

You receive SMS from MyCOURTpilot only because a pickleball organizer you know added you to their roster using a phone number you gave them. We send operational, service-related messages tied to that organizer’s sessions. We never send marketing or promotional messages, and we never text numbers that were not added by an organizer for session coordination.

Organizers collect phone numbers directly from their players — in person or by direct conversation — before adding them to a roster. When an organizer adds a player’s number, the app requires the organizer to confirm the following:

“This player gave me permission to receive MyCOURTpilot texts about my sessions (RSVP invitations, waitlist and schedule updates). Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

Every message we send includes opt-out instructions, and replying STOP ends messaging immediately regardless of what any organizer does.

Message categories are limited to:

• Session invitations with your personal RSVP link
• Waitlist promotions — you moved into a confirmed spot
• Schedule or location updates for sessions you’re part of

Frequency variesbased on your organizer’s activity and the sessions you’re part of. You may receive a message when you’re invited to a session, when you’re promoted from a waitlist, or when a session’s schedule or location changes. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

These are the exact message templates we send, shown with example session details. Your own messages carry your organizer’s name and your session’s details.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Your number is opted out automatically, and no further messages are sent to it. Reply START to opt back in at any time.
